Old Toon Yoko and Ryuu

Haha, just having a bit of fun and toying with the idea of Yoko and Ryuu in the old cartoon setting. Seeing how everything was tamed down in the old toon, they probably would have been downgraded to delinquent teens

Of course, it's a right of passage for any true old toon TMNT villain to kidnap April O'Neil, so Yoko's on top of that.
