Widowed Yari

You know, the number one reason that I like doing commissions is that they FORCE me to finish something that I've started. Otherwise my gallery would be full of half-assed work or unfinished pictures like this one.

My problem is that when I generally know how the picture would look like once I'm done with it, I kinda lose interest in finishing it. I could argue that Leonardo da Vinci had the exact same problem, but see, I ain't no da Vinci =_=

AAAAAAAAAAANYWAY. This is sort of a continuation of that picture of Meiles dying that I posted a long time ago:


And yes, this thing has been sitting in my hard drive for almost that long.

Yari, who basically removed herself from belf society to live like a troll without actually being a troll, would kind of be at a loss as to where to place herself after Meiles is gone.

Well, there is a troll or two (that I have yet to introduce in my gallery, which I really have to get around to doing so!) that she could spend the rest of her days with, but she's going to outlive them too. She should have stayed with her own kind.

Maybe it really would be better for everyone if Yari died before Meiles. The scenario for that one is slightly happier

OH YEAH, BEFORE YOU MENTION IT! I do realize that Meiles' hair at old age should have been a sickly light green and that his tusks should have been broken. OOOOOPS. Just pretend you didn't notice! XD
