Jin'thekk sighed happily as he exhaled smoke, sitting on his usual perch on the porch railing. He'd just been in such a good mood the past few days, having Koshei around. He tried not to think too much about it, and forbade himself from admitting that he wished Koshei would stay forever. He just took each day as it came, and each day had been quite happy lately.

He watched as his father finally put out his pipe and carried Yarifeth inside. Taking that as his cue to leave, he hopped down from the railing and put his hand on Koshei's shoulder.

Once outside the tower, it became clear that the elf had lived there for a long time. He knew every which way to turn and received the occasional nod or wave from other mages and Sunreavers. The Allies, however, ignored him, which he was grateful for. It didn't take long for them to find the market, and he pulled the list out and read it with scrutiny.

"Oregano, cumin, curry powder, olive oil…" he began, wondering which stall he should approach first. It had been a long time since he'd cooked such a large meal.

Yay, it's been a while since I did a Ryuu/Yoko story post! Thanks to to those who reminded me to continue them ^_^

Aaurgh I hate how I color my dark blue settings. I think I do pretty okay with dark warm pictures, but my dark cool pics need a lot of work.

Anyway, on with the show

During a meeting with the heads of the different Foot factions, it was made clear that majority of them still do not approve of Ryuu's decision to appoint Yoko as his right hand, and were quite vocal about it until Ryuu threatened them into silence. Despite her tough exterior it does bother Yoko that no matter what she does she could not earn the genuine favor of anyone in the Foot, and that probably nobody would listen to her or follow her orders if it wasn't for her brother. The only place that she had any real power was the Takigawa-Gumi.

She finds that she highly dislikes the Purple Dragons as well. However, she tolerates both the Foot and the Dragons for the sake of her brother and his ambitions. One thing she dreads is when the time comes that her brother will have to take on a bride to continue his legacy, she will have to step back from his company and be even more vulnerable to their hatred. Not to mention that no wife will want her husband's little sister in the bedroom with them.

Ryuu gains respect through power and thus doesn't see or relate to Yoko's need for acceptance. He does, however, continue to shower her with a lot of attention and affection, though he's still unable to tell her about his true feelings.

O_o I thought i had read/seen the whole Ryuu/Yoko picture series but I never saw this or the previous one. This couple still rocks, even if they aren't a real couple. Has anything been happening with them? Or has the RP died?
